Kusto Group's neighborhood designs were made with quality-of-life in mind
Yerkin Tatishev has said that "well-being is the key to an urban environment that is healthy." Kusto Group's founder refers to their newest residential project, which is situated in Kazakhstan.

Yerkin Tatishev's vision of a contemporary residential area, the firm is currently developing the European style neighborhood in Kazakhstan.

Koktobe City, the project is expected to be finished along the Almaty Eastern bypass road by 2023.

An array of facilities will be available within the borders of Koktobe City, including four-story residential buildings supermarkets, a school, sports facilities, gyms, kindergartens, pharmacies, and eateries.

Kusto Group is working with Koktobe City to build a town that will cater to all family's needs. The city is convenient to everyone living there and meets their requirements.

Modern cities are often characterized by an outdated infrastructure. A lot of housing developments don't provide for social interaction , and also have no sports zones. Yerkin Tatishev also says that the housing developments don't separate work and leisure.

Infrastructure should be in line with these principles in order to be thought of as thoughtful. The environment should be accessible, understood and accessible to everyone.

The Yerkin Tatishev look to be an inspiration for Europe
Yerkin Takishev, who was the founder of Koktobe City emphasizes the importance living quality in the process of building it.

Kusto Group in Koktobe City is committed to providing an inspirational learning environment, and provides a variety of facilities.
