Mojang and Microsoft have created the Marketplace that allows Pocket and Windows 10 gamers to download content from community creators. This includes skins, textures, and whole worlds. Instead of purchasing paid content, you can buy "Minecraft Coins" that allow you to purchase the extras you want. Although it is helpful in obscuring the real value of what you are buying, it's actually used by producers to set "flexible pricing." You might not want to allow children to have unlimited access, in other words.
The Marketplace only permits creators with registered businesses, which means it's not going to allow your project that's just for fun. The Marketplace allows creators with registered businesses to receive 70% of the revenue. This is similar to typical mobile app stores. Although they might not be able to make as much sales directly, a business that is successful still makes lots of money.
Access to the Marketplace will be limited at first. https://souldevteam.net/ A public Android beta will be launched in mid-April, and there will be no creator content, which must wait until a formal launch in the spring. However, this will help to bridge the gap between your Minecraft experience on your computer and mobile devices.
