The company, which is also known as Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. He has inspired millions around the world with his distinctive telling of God's Word.

Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, who was nurtured by a family of faith and supported by his parents. He is the son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the founders of the Assemblies to God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. The divine grace of her mother was passed down to her son in the early years of his life.

The entire family is involved with the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is Ken's brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. The LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry houses a variety of gospel artists that are the top-selling worldwide.


Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon has chosen to follow her father's example of sharing the Gospel of God with the world, also called CSO She is an accomplished gospel singer who has won awards and is a part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship that allowed him to study at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he earned an BSc. in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was the place where he sensed God calling him to be a minister for the Lord.

The Man of God began what would later become one of the biggest church congregations in the world when he was still at the university. He had a small prayer group called 'Youth for Christ', which eventually evolved into the most popular organization of its kind on campus.
