HTML uses:
<h1> = Heading
<p> = paragraph
<b> = Bold
<li> = list
<tr> = table
<em> = emphasis/stress text or italics


How to use:
<h1> This is a Heading </h1>

6 Heading Elements of HTML:

H1 = Main title
H2 = Section
H3-H6 = Sub-sections

Image Tag:
<img src="example.jpg">

Link Tag:
<a> = Linking to other sites etc.
href = the Link

<a href="http://www.example.co.uk">Example</a>

<ul> = unordered list
<ol> = ordered list

Place the ul or ol under the <header> bracket and also place it before the </header> bracket

Elements of CSS:
Color
Size
Position

How to use CSS:

p{color: teal;} ie: color:red color:purple color:white - this changes the color of a paragraph

<p style = "text-align:left;"> This is a sentence</p>

#Element where Element = a set of words ie. 'A dog ate my homework' this could be used instead of writing the words out fully.

<style> </style> gives color and position so <style> #Element (font-family: Arial; color:red background-color:purple) </style>

To set a style to an id for example: 'heading' being our id

If we want to put a color, we would put it between the <style> </style> bracket and in doing this, say for example we want the color white, background red, and an arial font

A CSS Class selector uses . as an identifier.
Examples of this are: .Class not #Class or %Class or *Class Etc.
