Notes

I havent truly celebrated a birthday in many years. I think i continue to hide from my past year by year for my own sanity. I have been thru a ton in my life ( most of which i have caused) this isnt a post to make people feel bad for me or looking for sympathy. instead a post of hope and the chance to impact one person. trust me i know how exhausting it is to be at war with yourself everyday. to battle demons of your past, mistakes you made, and dreams that fell short. things that can never change. they happened, so you have to feel them! pain or trauma demand to be felt! so tomorrow i will celebrate being alive, waking up to a warm shower, being with my friends and family, laughing, crying, etc, etc... i may not have conquered my demons or my past, but tomorrow i will be smiling ear to ear and soaking in the fact i have come alot further then i have given myself credit for.... so my message to you is simple..... cherish small victories... love deeply, and always let those people in your life know that.... live in the moment, and stop looking to your past, its not who you are anymore. AND last but not least, use the pain or trauma in your life to raise someone up. so my birthday wish to all of you is this .... uncondional love to all those around you, you have no clue the war they could be fighting
