1) Привести машину к готовности постановки чипов.
2) Setup - Left dispenser - Opt Align
3) Get epoxy
4) Жмём на цифры
5) Дважды нажимаем Yes
6) Ориентируем с помощью джойстика и камеры место нанесения
7) Наблюдаем за тем, куда придётся нанесение на рамке:
8) Если инструмент при нанесении попал на борт рамки, повторяем с третьего шага
9) Если клей попал в нужное место, то ориентируем с помощью джойстика красную разметку на изображении с камеры так: Вертикальная линия - по середине между двумя каплями, Горизонтальная - по середине обеих капель
10) Нажимаем Confirm
11) Переходим во вкладку Pos
12) Выбираем свободный корпус
13) Нажимаем Single disp
14) По камере проверяем правильно ли нанесен клей
Выполняем монтаж нескольких корпусов:
1) Переходим в режим выполнения монтажа на одной рамке
2) Открываем карту постановки
3) Включем работу каждого процесса в режиме карты
4) Выбираем 3 корпуса с каждой стороны
5) Проверяем карту на каждом процессе
6) Нажимаем Test Bond
7) Проверяем на дисплее и под микроскопом качество постановки чипа, в случае чего регулируем параметры
8) Добиваем эту рамку в режиме Test bond
9) Снимаем LF Map
10) Переходим в режим Continuous
