Khatam Chemical Concrete
Khatam chemical concrete contains a variety of admixtures. These include air-entraining admixtures, water-reducing admixtures, retarding admixtures, and accelerating admixtures. Some admixtures also contain plasticizers and other specialty ingredients. Some of these compounds are also used to inhibit corrosion.
Glucose

This concrete contains glucose and sugar derivatives as active ingredients. These substances are capable of converting to saccharic acid in an alkaline solution. Once these substances are absorbed on the cement surface, they can inhibit the hardening and setting of fresh concrete.
Silica fume

Silica fume is a byproduct of the silicon production process. It is an ultrafine powder with an average particle diameter of 150 nanometers. It is often used as a pozzolanic component in high-performance concrete. Silica fume is sometimes confused with fumed silica, but the two products are distinct in terms of production methods, particle characteristics, and areas of application.
Superplasticizers

Superplasticizers are chemical compounds used to increase the workability of concrete. They are also useful for heavy-duty concreting. Superplasticizers are also retarders in hot weather and when long-term placement periods are required. These compounds can also make concrete more self-compacting and provide a smoother finishing surface. However, these compounds also have some disadvantages.
Aggregate size

When mixing concrete, it's vital to know the aggregate size and shape. This will affect the durability, workability, and strength of the concrete. Aggregate size can also affect cost.
Silica fume dosage

Silica fume is a chemical that is added to concrete as an inert component. Silica fume is formed by the reaction between portland cement and water in the mix. These two chemical compounds form calcium silicate hydrate, which provides strength to the concrete, and calcium hydroxide, also known as free lime. In addition to providing strength, silica fume also improves the workability of concrete by providing a ball-bearing effect.
Superplasticizer type

There are various types of commercially available superplasticizers for use in concrete. These are listed in Table 2, along with their chemical and physical properties. LGa and LGb are diluted with water before being used. They are evaluated in terms of workability and porosity.
Grouting

When space is at a premium, chemical grouting is an excellent option. betonchimi can be performed with just one machine and does not disrupt normal facility operations. Unlike the traditional method of soil stabilization, chemical grouting requires no excavation of the surrounding area.
