You can play Minecraft solo. If you don't like multi-player games, the game has a single objective that you can pursue. However, there is an online-multiplayer version'. Users can create and manage Minecaft worlds online, and they can also play with hundreds. Minecraft servers are exceptionally popular though the servers for the Java version don't let players using the Windows 10 UWP version of Minecraft join it. This is another compatibility issue.
That said, you can still join a Minecraft server from the UWP app. Here's how.
Locate a Server
You need to first find a server to join. You can search online directories for active Minecraft servers. You should search for servers that are compatible with the PE or Bedrock editions. Check the time it is online when you find a server. Some servers are available 24/7, while some are not. A good directory should be able to tell you whether a server is online at the moment.
Once you have located the server, you will need its IP address. This could be a URL address or a sequence of numbers.
Join A Minecraft Server
Open Minecraft and click on the Play button. This will take you to the Worlds screen where you can pick a local world to play. You will also see two tabs. Click the Add Server button on the Servers tab.
In the IP address field, enter the IP address of the server on the Add Server screen. You can also enter a name for your server. This name does not have to be the official name of your server. It can be named anything you like to help you remember which one is it. Click Play if it is convenient to play immediately. If you click Save, the server will be added to the list of servers that you see when you go back to the Play screen.
The server connects with the server and loads your world. The server speed and your internet connection may cause some lag during game play. Chakribakri.Net This has nothing to do the game, but everything to do about your internet connection.
Tap the Escape key to exit a server game. You'll see the usual quit option. We should mention that since this is an online game, you can't pause it and if you die, you die. Your items can be picked up by other players and your home can be raided as well.
