There are some inherent risks with this new incarnation, so be aware of them.

This includes the inevitable ravages of time such as erosion, resulting in more damage from wind and rain than from any other environmental factor. The potential environmental hazards can be reduced somewhat by limiting the use of wood and reducing the use of fill dirt. Nonetheless, there are inherent risks to virtually all types of outdoor activities, including golfing. There are also many risks specific to pool and spa facility operations, including injury due to falling into unsafe water, chemical exposure, or falling debris (such as rocks), which can be very serious and even fatal.
