Bu birlik, diğer legal birliklerle birlikte (Medya/Ajans - Kafe/Restoran - Modifiye - Diğer) konseptlerine göre rol düzenleyip hem birliklere hem de oyunculara rol ortamı sunmayı amaçlayacaktır.
Gün içerisinde gerçekleştirilecek olan roller değişebilir, yenileriyle güncellenebilir. Oluşturulan guest karakterler sabit olacak ve her rolde bulunacak. Rol içerisinde troll davranışlar sergileyen veya rolü baltalamaya çalışan oyuncular önce uyarılıp daha sonra "Trolling" sebebinden hapis işlemi görecek. Bu şirkete sadece GBY aracılığıyla geçilebilecek, sürekli olarak bu birlikte kalmak yasak olacak.
Birliğin kendine ait bir konusu olacak, ve bu konu üzerinden gerçekleştirilen rollerle alakalı multimedyalar paylaşılacak. Multimedya konusu kilitli olacak, sadece yöneticiler mesaj gönderebilecek. (Guest bir birlik olduğu için tartışmaya kapalı olacak. Oyuncular gördüğü eksikleri özel ileti aracılığıyla bizlere iletebilecek.)
Haftanın bir günü şirkette görev alan tüm ekip toplanacak ve haftalık rollerin çeşitliliği açısından toplantı gerçekleştirecek.
