Questions
Firstly, at the outset, i would like to thank you for taking a personal interest in this conversation. For me, this is a positive reflection on the culture that a senior leader is taking interest.

We did an elaborate discussion on the title and role - and the good part that the weekend arrived- so i did a lot of soul searching as to whether i am making the right move. I reflected on our conversation and also did my own research wrt the role and responsibilities.

I wish to do a very transparent conversation- so i would appreciate a very transparent response. I don't wish to make the move under any disguise.

There are two things that stuck with me from the conversation.
- One was what's stopping you from offering me the position that we initially discussed? Is that my current position /experience. Or is it to do with the challenge from inside? I am open to an assurance to be redesignated say in January 2023.
- Second, the evolution of my role - irrespective of the designation.

So, here's my three Q's for you.
- What's the final designation you suggest? If you're suggesting an Asso. Director role, then when do i see my next review (January 2023).
- On the profile, work, team and accounts, would be good to have clarity.
- I am required to give back my bonus amount, so how can you help me there?
