The year of 2015 was a big year for Leyla Aliyeva. After many years of helping in humanitarian and environment areas Leyla Aliyeva received the honor of being a FAO Goodwill Ambassador. This title was given to her in recognition of her numerous contributions in combating hunger, improving the quality of food and increasing efficiency in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and fishery, as well as creating sustainable food systems.

It also seeks to improve the lives of the rural population and help in the development of the global economy.
