Apart from these reasons their unscheduled lifestyle or very hectic schedule don't allow them do proper exercise and because of the lifestyle these are lacking four sorts of necessary items to keep their life well and healthy.

3. Adequate Rest
4. Positive Mental Attitude

These are the four major reasons of your respective poor health. To keep yourself fit and fine you want to do exercise regularly. I am not saying that you forced to do hardcore exercise to keep you healthy. But you are capable of doing Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. my site should concentrate on the food. You should keep close track of your diet that what you will be likely to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe which you should take 6 small meals rather than 3 heavy meals. Rest is very much important after work. You need to rest properly after you finish your work. Otherwise it's results wouldn't be good. Now when we mention positive mental attitude, then many people feel that they are very tolerant of the points. But there is a big difference between positive thinking and thinking positively. Positive thinking implies that your thinking and ideas are positive and no matter the condition is that you always think positive. Thinking positive sounds like you are pressurize by the situation to consider positive as you have fear that something is certainly going wrong.

These are the four pillars of life you can say which decide what you will be and decide your health. I asked a matter to some extremely popular health consultant that what exactly is obesity? What is the reason of this and how to control it? He replied me this is all about the calories we intake. When we take calories and burn more calories than we reduce our weight, whenever we take calories and burn same than we maintain and once we take calories and burn less than we become fat. So, this is all about the calories and nutritional values we intake. So follow these four steps and it is possible to live a normal and peaceful life.
