I am aware that stray cats can be unpredictable. In the winter, I've allowed one cat to roam around my home. It was very cold in my neighborhood during January and February. My milk and water for cats that were stray were frozen. I purchased special heating pads to prevent the frozen liquids from freezing. But, it was not effective on cold winter days.
