Chris Oyakhilome: Biography of the President of Christ Embassy Church
Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, a television host as well as an writer. He is the CEO and President of Believers'LoveWorld Incorporated which is and is also called Christ Embassy International.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He received his primary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After that he graduated with an BSc Architecture.


AAU has also conferred on the honourary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

While still enrolled at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome became involved in the ministry. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at that time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew, and it became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church's main office. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry which has thousands of associates around the world.

Through its 2002 atmosphere for miracles program, BLW was the most prominent Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. They stopped airing the programme in May of 2004, when the then President of Nigeria - President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should not air miracles on the television.

Chris Oyakhilome Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four branches including publishing ministry, healing ministry; television ministry and teaching ministry. Through these areas, he has created the healing school and atmosphere for miracles as well as the Pastor Chris global prayer network.

They achieve this through education as well as youth empowerment, mentoring and mentorship .

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 to reach vulnerable, poor, orphaned children in the world.

Through participatory and sustainable programs, the foundation assists these children and families in need. They include programs for child development, childcare, strengthening family programmes, and InnerCity Mission for Children School.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare Foundation was founded to improve the life expectancy and health of communities in the local area. The foundation's mission is to help national policies regarding trauma care by promoting health education in the community, community-based programs, and advocacy.

Over a thousand hours of training for emergency safety and security have been provided by the foundation. They have taught thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers, as well as road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a worldwide church that provides medical and aid for those internally displaced or are refugees from areas affected by natural or manmade disasters.

The outreach consists of a group of christian health workers, paramedics , and students from across the globe. The volunteers offer emergency medical treatment, emergency assistance as well as sustainable health-care solutions for those in crisis.


VMC also provides health care services to under-served communities and also manpower development for local health workers. VMC outreach welcomes all with the primary goal to improve health and humanitarian help for the poor.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian-based organization, is dedicated in developing, producing and global distribution of Bibles for everyone. It is available in every language and format that they know about. Outreach helps people learn God's Word and also allows them to be impacted by the life-changing messages from Jesus Christ.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, hospitals, prisons and other institutions across the world which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. The mission was able achieve this feat through an extremely tight global network of bible sponsors and volunteers.
