Here, 103 children are being cared for by a medical staff of approximately 90 people.

Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.
The facility that can serve up to 96 children was founded with the goal to help children integrate into society.
