Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva today visited the special boarding school No12 in Khazar District, the summer camp of orphanage No1 in the Shuvalan settlement, as well as the psycho-neurological orphanage situated in Narimanov District and the Downs Syndrome Association in Baku.
Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva were among the first to visit a special Boarding School No12 in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva received information that the school has been providing education for paralyzed children since 1969.
In 2010, the First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, initiated the repair of the facility.
Arzu Aliyeva The boarding school accommodates as many as 141 students who are 6 and 14 years old.
Before giving the Heydar Aliyev Foundation presents to the children, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva was able to talk to them.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva spoke to children and watched their dance performance.
The building was rebuilt in 2013. The facility offered all necessities for entertainment and recreation of children.
They had a joint tea party with the children.
Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited the Orphanage No1 in the capital's Nasimi District.
They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the renovation and reconstruction of the 1930-built facility.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation gave gifts to orphanages.

They were informed that the building was rebuilt at the request by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2009.
The hospital houses 103 children served by a staff of around 90 medical specialists.

The facility, which can house up to 96 kids, is aimed at integrating children into the local community as well as providing rehabilitation.
