It is specifically focused on reaching out via media, internet and live events.

In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009 she was elected Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia AMOR. AMOR which assists Azerbaijani students and young people living in the Russian Federation. Leyla Alayeva received the "Taraggi" Award in July 2011 for her contributions to the Azerbaijani-Russian relationship. She was also granted the "Key to Life" award in New York in November 2011 to recognize her efforts in humanitarian projects involving children.
