I once did not have internet connection in a hostile camp to access my presentation. This is my solution to the problem.

It was my most embarrassing business trip. I was invited to join my colleagues in a team. We were traveling south to meet with the oil tycoon from the Middle Eastern Region. The presentation had several stages and I was presented one of them as I was the only one who was involved in the process. This was my opportunity to prove to my manager that I'm ready to go to the big leagues and play with the top girls. While it may seem offensive, I meant adult women, or even better business women.
It worked out great. I was given the location and time of the incident which was my own. Since I was the one in charge of security at the site for the emergency rooms of the local businessman who is insanely successful I was also informed of this. Because I do not want anyone to be identified in my writing exercises, I won't name or titule any of the characters in this story. The purpose of the demonstration was to mimic a real-life chain of events that would cause this business man to withdraw to his panic zone with his family members, and a small force. At first I was going to show the presentation and explain how to deal with these situations of force and to be able to keep a calm mind.
We've all walked into the dark underground room. It was darkened in order to conceal the incredibly large amount of weaponry located around the walls. This was a rather unusual scenario. But lets just get thru this. I am starting to set up the powerpoint portion of the presentation. What? Is there any Internet? Are you kidding? Already, since lockdown is in place and there's no way to get out and get to the email where the presentation is stored.. This isn't the first time. I was online on Youtube to convert the mp3 files and as well as copying the audio from the presentation video to enhance my memory of it instead of reading it on paper, I downloaded the video in mp4 format. I was trying to find the best audio formats, but I found the one I'm currently trying to find exactly the same presentation. It's in my laptop and ready to go.

I was fortunate. I was fortunate. It was a short speech that lasted just 3 minutes, however it conveyed layers of security and trust. We signed 47 new clients of greater caliber that have contracts totaling hundreds of thousands. We're looking at working with them for the future.
