Hello Mr.Fraser

I am Nabil, Computer Scientist involving cyber security to invent technology which
can help law-enforcement agencies around the world. I began my research 5 years ago.
I wanted to develop something special and new technology which is beyond any cyber
criminals. We have enough weapon to fight against criminals,terrorist physically but
do we have any specialized weapon which can be against cyber criminals? Because Still
our technology is not smart enough to stop a P2P botnet or stopping a online bank robbery
(malware) which lets the attackers steal hundreds of millions of dollars and on the other
hand DDOS attack is so nightmare to corporations like microsoft or Sony Leading billions
of dollar damages. So we can reach to the calculation we need much advanced technology and
weapons to fight against this Cyber Criminals to stop the cyber terrorism.
Today i am happy to contact darpa that i have invented such technology which is beyond
anyone's imagination. For Next Few paragraph i am going to describe what i mean by that-

In the United States 79% or people using Rounter connected to BroadBand HighSpeed internet.
The purpose of router is to sync internet to multiple device simultaneously. My research
says 84% of average people owns a computer Device including Laptop. 60% people owns Tablet
and 2/3 of american owns smartphone. The base operating system percentage Windows OS - 53%.
I am going to reveal soon why am i calculating these but for now it's the most valuable info.
Now we have idea of devices people are using.
What if i can see the Criminals environment as a movie, Viewing and hearing from Different angle
from different devices simultaneously 24/7 streaming to the C&C server? Yes, i own this technology.
Imagine that not only cyber criminals even a criminals who deals drugs can be monitored so Law-enforcement agencies get sensitive info and other criminals connection with him. This can change
the whole game. When and whatever he is doing is being monitored 24/7 not only from laptop or tablet even from smartphones. Now the problem faced FBI while turning on the webcam on because it's
LED light. I overcome this issue. The Mic and webcam of every device in his network are always streaming to the Command And Control Server. What if you say the Computer device is Powered off? No
Once we are into that device i am using such technologies which can even monitor in such condition.
What if you say, The internet Connection is off? No problem; it will continuously stored the data
on the system HDD and send it when it's connected to the internet. Same thing with smart phone which is much intercepting because you can track his location via the phone GPS and Able to see and hear whatever without notifying the Victim. These are such lower level operation in a device.

It's not possible to detect the existence of this software because of it's architecture and operation level. I should mention i am author of AntiVirus Engine and Firewall Engine.
It's monitoring Every Internet Activity from Kernel. How? Whenever your web browser is making
a request (GET or POST) i am storing the parameter passed to those request from Kernel.
Probably this would be the most advanced Banking Malware. But it's unfortunate to say so.
What if the user wanna get rid of the Infection by reinstalling the OS but can't because it's infecting the BIOS and UEFI as well.
We have all heard of keylogger. But my work is sophisticated because what i have developed can
alter the pressed key which is commanded from C&C. Or disable certain key on keyboard. Detecting
mound activity and disabling and enabling button from C&C is also possible. And there is no way it can be detected within 50 years from now. Smart Move!
I am really interested to bring this life by the help of darpa as darpa is working for developing and inventing sophisticated technologies and weapon can help law enforcement and mill.
