Disembarking passengers weren't provided much direction on which bus to get on. The bus experience took one other 10 minutes and by this time the connecting passengers have been scrambling for their flights. TK should be ashamed for forcing their customers to take a bus when the aircraft is sitting 10 toes away from an air bridge.
