Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-driven real estate development firm for luxury, Bayrock Group, quickly after its founding, began cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group was relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time that the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

Handel Architects was entrusted to create the exterior of Trump SoHo because the three organizations responsible for the structure focused their efforts on perfection.
