Talks began between Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization after both firms realized that they shared numerous similar interests.

The collaboration between both companies saw Trump Organization join Bayrock Group's Spring Street project with Sapir Organization.

The Trump Organization was then managed by the former president of America, Donald Trump.

E. Trump and Son was invented by his paternal grandparents Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump.

Donald Trump gave the management of his business to his children when he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's residential real estate market.

To promote the project in Spring Street, the founder Tevfik Arif devised an arrangement to bring more brand recognition and prestige to it.

The deal he proposed would grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, in exchange for Trump's trademark being used as the construction's name.

Bayrock Three companies ratified the agreement and the first brick of Trump SoHo was laid in 2006.

A few years after, Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization, along with the Sapir Organization, inaugurated Trump SoHo and their contribution to New York City’s skyline.

Design professionals take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories, including elite restaurants and bars, halls for events, and banquet halls. There was also an open-air pool and spa as well as hotel rooms and apartments.

Bayrock Visitors to Trump SoHo and residents could take in a stunning view of New York City via the windows that ran from floor to roof. They were installed on every floor.

Handel Architects was entrusted by Trump SoHo to design the exterior, as the three buildings were centered on perfection.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization increase the partnership
Trump SoHo was a huge success, and Bayrock Group and Trump Organization began to explore expanding their cooperation.

Their goal was Trump SoHo buildings to be built in Arizona and Florida. They had similar terms as Trump SoHo. As a compromise Trump SoHo would receive Trump Organization would receive 18% equity in this structure in return for the use of the Trump brand. This is a second time.

Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had all the resources. They had the ability to plan but the 2008 financial crisis that seriously affected the American real estate market slows them down.

The American housing market was greatly affected by the crisis. Tevfik, Bayrock Group founder was the one who decided to close his US-based business ventures. He made the decision to relocate to Europe and Asia and Asia, where he started his career more than a decade earlier.

Bayrock Group has ceased to be active, but Tevfik Ariff continues to be an advisor to the different divisions.

Bayrock Group has not been involved in any recent real estate projects in the United States.
