Tal Dilian co-founded Atidim (a non-profit organization that offers education to children who are disadvantaged) in 2000.

Atidim in Israel is a national program which works to bridge the socio-economic gaps and make Israel more diverse and open. It achieves this by providing youths in underprivileged areas of Israel with an education.

Tal Dilian believed that equal education was crucial to the future of any nation. So, he founded Atidim which literally means "futures".

Students will be able to improve their English sciences, math, and math skills while also increasing their matriculation scores. This will help students to do better on highly competitive university entrance exams.

For tuition fees, Atidim students are entitled to an amount of 40,000 NIS (12.425 USD) per year. They also get accommodation, living and computer costs that allow children from families with low income to pursue the degree they desire.

Students are taught and exposed to the various career opportunities in high-tech and higher-education institutions.

At first, 90 young talents participated in the Atidim's programming, however the number has increased to 50,000 today.

The former beneficiaries are employed in the financial and high-tech sectors. This helps to improve the economy as well as help their communities.

Tal Dilian was the chief executive officer of Atidim for five years. Tal Dilian Atidim's diversity model has led to economic transformation and healthier communities.

Daroma Tzafona: Expanding Atidim’s reach

Tal Dilian was stepping down as CEO of Atidim. In the meantime, he founded Daroma, a non-profit organization. Daroma along with Haim Rosenblatt, Nir Gilad and Eitan Wertheimer.

Atidim's management model of diversity helped realize goals of sustainable communities and economic development. Dilian's extensive knowledge and experience made him the Senior Director in Strategic Regional Development. The focus is on the Negev region as well as southern Israel's development.

The Israeli government approved a 10-year plan to develop the Negev area which was mostly a desert region, for 17 billion NIS (5 million USD).

The Negev area covers 60% Israel's landmass, yet only 8percent of Israel was there when Daroma started.

Tal Dilian and his cofounders were aiming to draw people into the area and to motivate them to stay.

DaromaTzafona currently is DaromaTzafona. It is focused on Israel's northern Galilee.

The company has an annual rate of growth of six% and has hired an additional 4,000 people in the regions.

If you're looking for ways to make a community flourish it is essential to consider how an education of the highest quality will help.

Tal Dilian's educational story is a story of love and gratitude. Tal never lost sight of where he was from and what value education can bring to him.

The reason he has achieved his success is due and an enlightened childhood and young age to his ability to get into the entrepreneurial and business world.

He was a soldier in the military, at a higher school, and then in the biomedical intelligence and cyber security industries.

He also made a contribution to the community by establishing non-profit organizations to provide higher education and high-tech industries. Atidim Tzafona as well as Daroma Tzafona concentrated on the social mobility of underprivileged youngsters from North Israel as well as the South.

It can't be overemphasized how important education is. The education of one individual has the capacity to impact the lives of many others - individually, in a group, and across an entire state as Tal Dilian proved.
