I am a Turkish citizen with special passport doing my Erasmus + Traineeship in Lithuania , I have a national visa type d in here and it ends at 18th of September. I will get my acceptance to University of Life Sciences in Lublin with Erasmus + exchange program in this month. And the University starts at 1st of October and ends at 28th of February 2023. In this case i will not be able to go back to Turkey and apply for a visa again . I called the Polish Embassy here and they told me to contact you. What can i do in order to continue my studies . Can you tell me what is the route i should be following ?
