When traveling with kids, I always prepare in my home, since you can't rely on free WiFi on top of an edifice

It was true.. My children think that the WiFi in the mountains is weak. While it's tiny, the hill is not in the normal range of cell networks. My children have to walk around looking for better internet connections while my wife and I set up up small camping sites. This area is perfect for us to camp for several days. There's a stream close by that supplies fresh water, even though we don't have any. Yes.. My wife can't camp without sufficient water. We have our own water almost all times.

So my children get back to social media, while I admire the panorama. The hill itself isn't very large, but it's surrounded by much bigger ones. We go to this hill every occasionally to get closer to Mother Earth. The trips are my absolute delight even though I'm not the one who initiates the trips. My wife is the one who insists of taking me out, partly due to the fact that she knows the pleasure I get from being in the wilderness. But my children, - they are a different story completely. The hate the fact that Internet sometimes becomes unavailable. The stream can be disrupted by something in the cloud or other magnetic motions for up to one minute before it is restored. It's annoying for me, even when it occurs frequently.

And so after several trips during which there was no WiFi , and regular internet on our smartphones kept going in and out of service and out of service, we decided to be prepared. We, I'm talking about my wife and myself here, decided to plan for the eventuality that they, our children, will have no internet access for more than 10 minutes.. We created two entertainment sources that we could access when internet access isn't accessible during our camping trips. The first was a tablet loaded with music videos and songs of the best quality. Our favorite Youtube MP3 converter was able to take songs from YouTube videos, then convert to an MP3 format before downloading the songs onto the tablet. It also worked with playlists, so it was extremely fast although it does sound extremely long. You can now listen to music or videos if you feel bored. It's great, isn't it?! No noise from that item..

The second tablet was mostly animated cartoons and TV shows we downloaded through Hulu and Netflix. It is also possible to save the content offline for later watching. While the quality isn’t the greatest, it's sufficient enough to hold numerous seasons and cartoons such as Family Guy, Disenchantment, and Breaking Bad. The shows are very enjoyable. It was also easy to use. Simply install the apps to activate downloads for offline watching Download episodes, then mark them to download. Tablet 2 was just a few minutes away from tablet one, but my kids enjoyed it so much that they started playing with it and watching shows. I also made some DIY videos, like building a tent for fresh fish and skinning them. Things you don't normally do in your home city.. These videos were sourced from Youtube. I converted them to MP4 and later downloaded them onto my tablet. youtube coverter It's so much easier to have videos on your tablet while doing something.


These 2 tricks kept my children busy on 4 family camping trips. Although they aren't keen on going outside anymore but they are aware that their tablet 2, can keep them entertained during boring downtime. And they'll take it home as soon as they are done. I've never felt happier. I am awestruck by my family.
