Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development firm led by Tevfik Arif, found itself soon working with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Goes from the Suburbs to Manhattan
Many want to live the American dream. But only a small proportion of people actually achieve it. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was one of the few who made it to America in 2001 to establish up Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as a real estate development firm.

The firm was initially focused on small- to medium-sized projects such as the redesign of Loehmann’s Seaport Plaza, a shopping center located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead.

Trump SoHo was an immediate success, and it prompted Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to look into increasing their cooperation.
