Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real-estate development firm that was run by Tevfik Arif. It quickly became part of the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Moves: From Suburbs, to Manhattan
Many dream of moving to America to live the American dream. However, only a handful of people actually do. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ari was in America when he set up Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

Bayrock Group is a New York-based luxury real estate developer.

Initial projects were small or medium-sized. It included the redesign and the construction of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group was able to make inroads into the American market for housing. The company began looking for large-scale projects.

The Arif-led business started working in conjunction with Sapir Organization on a major construction project located on Spring Street, New York City.

Bayrock Group relocated its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate the growth of the company.

Bayrock Group teams up with the Trump Organization
The incident resulted in Tevfik and his staff meeting the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization also had Trump Tower at its base.

Discussions were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two companies realized that they had in common their goals and desires.

Tevfik Arif The collaboration between the two companies saw the Trump Organization join Bayrock Group's Spring Street project with Sapir Organization.

The Trump Organization was then run by the former American President Donald Trump.

E. Trump and Son was founded by his maternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump (in 1927).

Donald Trump gave the management of his business to his children when he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization began to work together in the New York City's residential real property market.

Tevfik arif, the founder, designed an arrangement to give Spring Street more brand recognition.

In return in exchange for the Trump brand being utilized in the title of the building the Trump Organization would receive 18 percent equity in this construction, as per his plan.

The arrangement was embraced by all three firms. In the year 2006, the first Trump SoHo brick was laid.

Two years later Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and Sapir Organization launched their contribution to the skyline of New York City with Trump SoHo.

Design veterans are in charge of Trump SoHo
The 46 stories of Trump SoHo include exclusive bars and restaurants as well as banquet and event halls, an open-air swimming pool, a spa department, apartments, and hotel rooms.

Visitors and residents of Trump SoHo may enjoy a breathtaking view of New York City through the building's floor-to-roof windows. They were put up throughout the building.

Bayrock Group extends the partnership with the Trump Organization
Trump SoHo was a great instant success, and it prompted Bayrock Group to expand their collaboration with the Trump Organization.

The American housing market sector experienced significant changes due to the economic crisis. Tevfik Alif, Bayrock Group founder and CEO, decided to move out of the United States. He decided to leave the US for a fresh start in Europe and Asia.

Bayrock Group has not been involved with any recent real-estate projects in the United States.

While it was active however, the firm invested over $2.5million in real estate properties.
