According to a report from Sina Entertainment, the drama is alleged to have infringed the copyright on the photographic work of an artist named Fan Mou. According to them, Fan Mou had previously claimed that his works displayed on the TuCong.com and Weibo pages were used by the drama production team.

His works were used in six additional episodes without his consent. Acording to him, it is an illegal act. Therefore, Fan Mou also sued three large companies, namely Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baoyue Film and Television Investment Co., Ltd., and Dongyang Huanyu Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd.

Initially, the production company Dongyang Huanyu thought that the evidence provided by Fan Mou was not sufficiently convincing that he was the original owner of the photographic work. However, after the trial, the three companies were determined by the court to provide compensation of 60,000 yuan to Fan Mou.

Not only that, Dongyang Huanyu and Shanghai Baoyue are also required to issue apologies within the next 10 days from the date the court decision is released. However, some netizens felt that this was not quite comparable to the loss that Fan Mou felt.

Hustle Review (Netflix): Fun Classic Entertainment
Adam Sandler is a Hollywood star who actually knows he's got incredible talent. Even if he's been littering Netflix lately with half-baked comedies that you can watch while slicing onions, I've always known that Adam Sandler could make a really cool movie if he wanted to. And yesterday he proved it in Uncut Gems, a thriller drama that is so tense, all the shit in your stomach can turn to diamonds when you watch the movie. Uncut Gems proves that Adam Sandler not only knows a good script and director but he also knows how to take the spotlight and use it to its full potential. The only fault in the film is the fact that Sandler was not rewarded with an Oscar nomination (or even a trophy).
In Hustle, a delightfully enjoyable sports film by Jeremiah Zagar, Adam Sandler isn't quite as cheesy as Uncut Gems but he delivers the much-needed softness that makes this film even more special than it needs to be. Here he plays Stanley Sugerman, a scout to win his team the Philadelphia 76ers. Over the last few years his life has ranged from one basketball court to another and foreign hotel room to foreign hotel room.

Of course Stanley had other dreams than just being a talent scout. He wants to be a coach. He wants to be closer to his wife ( Queen Latifah ) and child (Jordan Hull). And that dream seems to be coming true when he finds a construction worker named Bo Cruz (Juancho Hernangomez), who has an extraordinary talent.

Written by Taylor Materne and Will Fetters, of course Hustle has all the scenes you'd ever see in a film of its kind. Exercise montages? There is. The main character who has a secret that he hides from others that could threaten his career? There is. A very depressing dramatic moment before they were all awarded a happy ending? There is.

Hustle has all the clichés of most sports movies (complete with a somewhat over-the-top but very effective antagonist played by Ben Foster), but thanks to Zagar's direction, Hustle ends well. It's not boring because the recipe is the same as in films like Rocky, Creed or even a little bit of Jerry Maguire but the effect is actually calming because we know that this film is there to please the audience.

In the depth of the story, Hustle is very focused on the relationship between Stanley and Bo. Even if in the end, the filmmaker had to sacrifice Stanley's relationship with his wife and children (Queen Latifah and Jordan Hull were pretty good at making Stanley's life three-dimensional even though their characters were like patches because they weren't developed properly). But that's not a problem for me as a viewer because apart from their exciting relationship, the chemistry between Sandler and Hernangomez is very good, I can't complain at all.

As I said at the beginning, Sandler knows how to sell his charms and he puts his acting skills to good use here so that Hustle is a heartwarming spectacle. Sandler's sense of optimism (coupled with a hint of desperation) makes Hustle light up. What was also surprising was the performance of Hernangomez, who after Google turned out to be a real NBA player, which convinced me that he was an actor.

As a person who doesn't understand sports, Hustle is quite tense for me because he has excellent editing. The collaboration between the camera and the very rhythmic editing makes basketball game scenes in Hustle feel like they are easy to make. When Hustle wants us to have a good time, he has a laid-back style. The same thing happens when this film wants to show tense moments. Hustle gave that very easily.

With cameos from basketball players like Trae Young, Doc Rivers, Kenny Smith, Julius Erving and others, Hustle is a must-see for basketball fans. If you miss films that warm your body, I highly recommend this film too. But more than that, Hustle is here because sometimes we need to be reminded that Adam Sandler's presence in the film industry is a blessing. And this film reminds me of that again.
