Position Summary
To provide a high level of accurate administration and customer service in the New Business and client service functions. Committed to embrace customer service values

and goals, deepen client relationships, become innovative, and be accountable for performance metrics. Demonstrate collaborative relationships with all clients and

service partners, and a great level of skill and knowledge in the job.

Responsibilities for the Client Service Manager will include;
- provide consultative, strategic and executional advice to assist clients in meeting their promotional objectives

- Orders tracking
- perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education/Certification:
A minimum of grade 12 is necessary. Ideally supplemented with customer service/organizational related studies and/or work related experience
Skills:
The ability to build relationships quickly with internal customers supported remotely.
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
Prioritizing and organizational skills
Adaptability, problem solving and decision making skills
