Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found its way to work in Manhattan in conjunction with the Trump Organization.

The two firms formed a cooperation, where the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then run by the former American president Donald Trump.

His maternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump in 1927 established the foundation in 1927 under the name of E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in the year 2017 as he was about entering the White House.

Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization as well as the Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the collaboration.

Tevfik arif was the founder of Spring Street. He designed an arrangement that gives Spring Street more brand recognition.

The plan he suggested would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building in exchange for Trump's name being used to create the building's name.

Trump SoHo was an instant huge success. Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and other organizations began looking at ways to strengthen their cooperation.

Their goal was to build structures similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida in the same manner, and on similar conditions to those of Trump SoHo. As a condition in exchange for the Trump brand being used in their names, it would grant the Trump Organization an 18% part of the structure. It's back.
