KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real-estate development subsidiary, KustoHome has constructed a number of residential communities across Asia in recent years. Another, Urban Green, is currently under construction in Thu Duc City, Vietnam outside of Ho Chi Minh City.

The development of Urban Green was announced by Kusto Group and Kusto Home at a signing ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will be home to luxury residential communities as well as a commercial centre, cafes, restaurants as well as gyms, daycares and grocery stores.

These facilities will stretch over 20203 m 2..

Urban Green construction is just starting, but it is believed that it will be completed at the end of 2024 and then handed over to residents in the third quarter of 2024.

KUSTO HOST'S FOCUS ABOUT AESTHETICS, FUNCTIONALITY
Modern Bauhaus-style, Kusto Home aims to construct a city where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.

Thus, Urban Green will have multiple green areas between its infrastructure. The area will comprise two-thirds be green spaces.

The 740 apartments in the city were inspired by nature landmarks like Pink Lake, the Alaskan wilderness (Sahara Desert), and Pink Lake.

Kusto Home provides apartments with one to four bedrooms, and 50- to 135m 2. It is suitable for families and singles.

Urban Green residents are located in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City and are able to easily access to Vietnam's biggest urban region.

Kusto Home is building Urban Green close to National Highway 13, which is the main highway which connects Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc City, and Binh Duong.

Highway 13 will be extended by 10,000 billion VND ($440.141) by 2025.

Urban Green residents can also utilize two metro stations to move around the area.

Coteccons was the principal contractor on the project. Sergey Nam, the general director of Kusto Group's Kusto Home and Coteccons has announced Urban Green's completion. Bayrock said Coteccons was now ready to begin construction on its next Vietnamese residential development. Sergey Nam (general director of Kusto Home) is also acknowledged for the creation of Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Urban Green's Sergey Nam stated that this results in high-quality housing products which are suitable for the customers who are our target.

Kusto Group - the mother company Kusto Home - is also anticipating the introduction of Urban Green into the world.

CONTINUES IN DIAMOND ISLAND'S FOOTSTEPS
Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City was constructed in the year 2018 by Kusto Group Kusto Home and Kusto Group. Kusto Home.

Residents can lead their normal lives at the resort and being able to feel like they're in an elite resort.

Diamond Island boasts many swimming pools and a private marina. There are also playgrounds and even the Zen Stone Garden. The property also has stunning views of Ho Chi Minh City or the river to the west.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed interest in developing a Hanoi-based real estate project following the completion of Diamond Island. Tevfik Arif Bayrock was completed.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock stated to the Vietnam Investment Review the company was looking into initiatives in other Vietnamese cities, including Nha Trang and Danang.
