I am contacting the BBB because I was scammed I have not received a refund although I have been told dozens of times on the phone in calls to PayPal that I would be refunded for a claim that was closed in my favor. January 6th to Agnes Muthoni for $473.49. I won my claim and I have been told so many times I would be refunded but nothing ever happened.
I have contacted my bank and they have been completely unhelpful and every time I call, they always say PayPal.
All I am asking for is for my funds to be returned to me and for me to stop being pushed around going back and forth. My bank insists I contact PayPal. PayPal insists I call my bank. I have called over a dozen times to each entity. I have been trying to resolve this for a very long time but absolutely nothing has happened and I was told it would be escalated so many times when it hasn't been. I have spoken with multiple managers. I have received nothing despite taking time off work to call PayPal so many times. I just want my money back. $473.49. I was told there would be a trace on it. I was told so many things. I have been waiting over 100 days and now, I do not ever think I will see those funds again.
All I want is my funds. I have not received them and the refund trace that supposed to be done was not. I would also like an email conformation of this.
