Demands the sale of shares of David Degen: Bernhard Burgener .

Bernhard Burgener vs David Degen is yet another step in the FC Basel owner dispute. Burgener's plans are backed by the Board of Directors. But there is no agreement reached.
The FC Basel Holding AG Board of Directors met Monday morning. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren all approved the original owner's plans. The owner demanded Degen to transfer his stake to the prospective buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG according to a statement by the holding company.

According to FC Basel Holding AG announcement, Burgener is quickly seeking an out of court settlement "in interest of FCB".
