Hi my name is Michael angelo Israel. I studied business administration majoring marketing management in college. i spent half of my career life as an employee to various business process outsource company, the most recent company i have been is with a biggest online retail conglomerate in the world. I love taking care of my kid and family, reading books and watching movies during my free time. I am good with people skills and with some computer applications.
i choose coverdesk because I interested to learn things about a VA and i believe coverdesk can provide me with that knowledge and technical know how to become a successful VA.

Person is covered if they drive the vehicle(s), but generally not affecting the premium. (Usually this means they are a licensed household member, but they have their own separate vehicle and insurance policy)

Excluded:
Person is generally not covered if they drives the vehicle(s) on the policy and there is also no premium being charged for them. this is not offered by every company.

Our duty to the Client

To understand the clients needs and offer a variety of options, while explaining coverage and
providing excellent customer service.

Our duty to the Carrier

As an agency, we are responsible for pre-underwriting risks before binding a policy with a
carrier. If a carrier feels that an agency is not providing accurate or truthful information, they
can essentially “fire” the agency by cancelling their contract.

E.g. Making sure that both information on the quote sheet is as accurate as possible and that any policy
changes are done properly and accurately.

Insurance- A practice or arrangement by which a company
provides a guarantee of compensation for a specified
loss, damage, illness, or death in return for payment of
a premium.
