How to avoid boredom in the middle of long hours as a security guard at an underground facility

The times are difficult. I find it difficult to navigate the world of gig economy just as well as the old one. Prior to the pandemic, I was doing very well. I was also employed as dental assistant. I now have to work in a nighttime security role at the nearby machine manufacturing plant. It's mostly automated. There are only two engineers and me are part of the night-crew. I have an emergency phone number that I can call should there be any issues or in the event that machinery ceases working. After that, I call engineers or the outside line to find more engineers. I don't really do anything. It's true that they are not even producing any valuable product So night time guard is really an ordinary switch board attendant..

It's quiet, and I actually enjoy it. It's quiet. While I'm not a very sleepy person, I find it very spooky. It's quite dull at night which is why I try to speed it up. I've spent the past two weeks perfecting a dance I watched on Tik Tok. It's easy, but it's hard for me to recreate the dance. The dance was developed by a young girl from Tik Tok. I'm old and don't know how to describe the dance.

I've been playing with various videos on fixing cars recently. Even though I don't have the means to directly apply them to my vehicle, it's enjoyable to see other people's automobiles transform into unstoppable machines. Same goes for any DIY videos, they're usually informative and enjoyable to view. However, I started to run into another issue. I realized that my internet wouldn't start working within a few hours. This meant that I could not perform any useful tasks or even watch videos. I discovered how to download Youtube videos to my phone. After that, even though the internet was down for hours, I could effortlessly watch the DIY videos on my smartphone. It doesn't matter whether you stream it on a site or other online. It's also possible to download it in your home and later watch it on your phone even if you don't have internet or other online access. It's as easy as DVR to your online video.

My absolute joy in downloading new episodes and movies directly onto my laptop is proof of the potential of television. I've started taking my laptop to work because it has much bigger screen and superior speakers, making it better to stream TV shows on it. I signed up with HULU and Netflix. Both allow you to download their apps and mark the video for downloading. After just a few hours, based on how long the program is, and what quality settings that you selected, the video will be downloaded to you device and you will be able to watch it any time whether you have internet access or not. It's only fifteen minutes long , but it will allow me to catch up on the most recent episode that I missed during my commute to work.

You can also find other informative or interesting material at home, which you can bring along to work. This helps the time go by quicker. I really love Youtube's webinars on different self-improvement techniques however, it's a challenge to sit through a one-hour video that's interrupted multiple times and yet keep up with the idea they are trying to convey. If you're familiar with what I'm talking about... You get the idea.

Sometimes, I bring my son to work along with me. This is due to the fact that my wife works a shift at night, making it challenging for us to be home with the child. So, I bring my son along and set him up in front of the screens on my computer that I monitor. He sleeps within minutes. I wake him up and show him my laptop with a couple of songs. peggo ytmp3 He's so content that he is able to view the videos. This is what makes us feel more comfortable together, when we do our own thing. But he seems to like joining me on my adventures, perhaps because he ends up staying all night. Isn't that what kids want sometimes?
