Bernhard Burgener is requesting David Degen's shares to be sold.

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Burgener's plans are backed and are backed by the Board of Directors. However, no agreement is reached.

Burgener and his crew have made a move on the ownership dispute. Degen insists upon his right to first refusal. He wants to exercise it to the value of 16.4 millions of francs. Burgener is currently unable to transfer his 80 percent stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG due to a superprovisional order. Centricus is the British asset manger, would also own a stake. Burgener will remain the most popular choice.
According to the announcement by FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener and Degen are fast to seek an out-of-court settlement "in the interests of FCB".
