Manfaat dan Khasiat Blustru untuk Kesehatan Tubuh
Daun dan buah blustru yang masih muda bisa menjadi lalapan enak yang menyehatkan. Selain itu, daun blustru juga berkhasiat mencegah datangnya wasir.
Caranya mudah, petik 20 lembar daun blustru, lalu cuci bersih, dan rajang.
Rajangan daun blustru ke dalam 8 liter air dan rebus selama 10 menit.air rebusan
Disaring dan penderita wasir duduk berendam dalam air tersebut selagi masih
Hangat.ulangi beberapa kali hingga wasir benar-benar tersingkir.
Selain wasir,blustru juga bisa membantu memperlancar produksi air susu ibu
(ASI).Caranya,petik 200 gram buah blustru,lalu potong mejadi beberapa bagian
dan peras hingga keluar airnya.selanjutnya,rebus air tersebut selama sekitar 5
menit dan minum selagi hangat.buah blustru juga bisa dimasak bersama daun
katuk menjadi sayur bening.rasanya segar,ASI pun lancar.

3. Batangnya dapat membunuh cacing perut dan memperlancar sirkulasi
darah.
4. Bunganya dapat menyembuhkan sinusitis,bisul,batuk,dan sakit
tenggorokan.
5. Buahnya dapat mengatasi batuk,cacing perut ,haid tidak lancar,tumor
Sipilis,dan membersihkan darah.
Nah itulah manfaat blustru untuk kesehatan tubuh dan juga berguna untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit seperti yang tertera diatas agar selalu hidup sehat secara tradisional alami.
