Between 2009 to 2010, he was the Chief Security Engineer of the American AGT as well as the Special Advisor for Punj Lloyd Ltd.



In the year 2010, Tal Dilian became a board member of the manufacturer of 3D printers Stratasys and later attained the position of Executive Vice President of Global Products and Technology.

Daroma Tzafona: Expanding Atidim’s reach



Tal Dilian, the CEO of Atidim also announced his resignation. He was the founder of Daroma which is a non-profit organisation, in collaboration with Haim Blumenblatt and Nir Gilad.

The Negev region covers 60% of the territory of Israel however only 8% of the population resided there at the time Daroma was founded.



Tal Dilian, along with his co-founders, three of whom were also founders shared a common goal. They wanted to encourage people to relocate to the area and also to draw businesses and government institutions.



DaromaTzafona Today is DaromaTzafona. It focuses on Israel's northern Galilee.



The organization has an annual rate of growth of six percent and has employed 4,000 additional people in the regions.
