The feeler bet is similar to the opener. But it can happen even After-effects the flop. On the flip side, if you never use bluffs and bet on a good hand, other players are more likely to pick up on the hand and fold rather than bet against you.

When I'm in late position, I'll throw out a continuation bet against two people if they both check to me. Against 3 or more opponents, I won't c-bet at all unless I have a strong hand.
