2.- AGREGAR LOS INGREDIENTES SECOS Y LUEGO FORMAR UNA CORONA , AGREGAR LA LEVADURA CON UN POCO DE AGUA TIBIA LUEGO AGREGAR LOS HUEVOS MAS EL AGUA O LECHE E IR MESCLANDO HASTA CONSEGUIR UNA MASA HUMEDA , AGREGAR LA MANTEQUILLA , EMPEZAR A AMASAR BASTANTE HASTA CONSEGUIR EL PUNTO LIGA QUE ES EL PUNTO ADECUADO Y NECESARIO EN LAS MASAS FERMENTADAS. UNA VEZ CONSEGUIDA ESTE PUNTO DEJAR REPOSAR UNOS 5 A 10 MINUTOS , LUEGO FORMAR 25 BOLILLOS Y DEJAR REPOSAR NUEVAMENTE DE 5 A 10 MINUTOS . LUEGO ACOMODAR SOBRE LAS LASTAS Y DEJAR LEVITAS HASTA QUE DUPLIQUE SU VOLUMEN , PINTAR Y LLEVAR A COCCION DURANTE 15 A 20 MINUTOS , TEMPERATURA MODERADA 150 A 160 GRADOS .
