Avoid watching any unique online seminar video. Instead, you should download the video document.
This is great for any live stream, even if it is restricted to subscribers and has a limited time. We have never had this issue. I have extremely slow and intermittent Internet connection at home because I am using this mobile hotspot WiFi from the cheap motel next door. I'll sometimes bring water to their offices. They will then change their password each week. This allows me to save money by purchasing my own home Internet. It is amazing how much work is required to own your own cable connection. I simply access the internet through my motel instead. It allows me be more stealthy. I would rather not be able to identify my address when I use the Internet.

And so whenever there's an online seminar that is unique, like from my investing advisor, or my school is hosting a lecture from a renowned professor, or an underground party that is streaming, it's all the same.. My internet connection is slow, which means that I cannot stream video streaming. It typically takes between 2 and 3 times to download the video to my computer. As I will demonstrate my connection is slow and only 30% of what I need to watch it smoothly and without buffering interruptions. There's a way of bypassing this speed limit. Simply save the video online on my personal computer. This allows me to play it several times without having to stream it again.



Here's the latest version I made. I start Chrome browser, Firefox, Safari or any other that has inspect tab. Click on the site to launch the inspect Page. Then, move over to the network tab and find the video playlist. It'll typically include the m3u8 extension. Sometimes it may be a file with a different extension. However, those characters will be there and will be indicating a particular playlist for the video stream. Your video stream is broken into smaller files that your internet browser downloads and then plays in the order they were downloaded. This ensures that you have an uninterrupted stream. The process is smooth and needs more data transfer than the size of the file however this is the way MPEG transport streams are set up and we shouldn't complain.




The playlist file can be chosen by clicking right. I copy its URL address to the clipboard. Next I go to the site to download online video. After entering the playlist URL, click the submit button. After a few seconds, I'm presented with several download options. Each option indicates the possible final size of the file, its transfer speed, and more. The bigger the file will be more high-quality, the better. I usually choose lower quality even though it's slow on my Internet.



I prefer downloading the file. It's usually a the format of mp4 video. Although it can be a long time to complete, the reward of knowledge is what keeps me motivated to complete it. I am not able to listen to the live stream , therefore downloading online videos to my computer makes sense. I utilize it to keep up-to-date with the latest information available.
