3. Adequate Rest
4. Positive Mental Attitude
These are the four major reasons of one's bad health. To keep yourself fit and fine you must do exercise frequently. I am not saying which you necessary to do hardcore exercise to keep you fit and healthy. But you are able to do Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. You should give attention to your meal. You should keep an eye on your diet that what you will be likely to ingest your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that you just should take 6 small meals rather than 3 heavy meals. Rest is incredibly much important after work. You need to rest properly once you finish work. Otherwise it's results couldn't survive good. But there is a noticeable difference between positive thinking and thinking positively. Positive thinking ensures that your thinking and ideas are positive and no matter what condition is that you simply always think positive.
