Kusto Group’s Koktobe City has been the first Kazakhstan project to receive a Japanese expert certificate in earthquake safety.
daniel kunin kusto group of Kusto Group's Koktobe City Project in Kazakhstan is underway. It is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2023.
The multinational holding company is developing a city within a city that is outside the Kazakhstani capital city, Almaty.
The European-style development consists of homes supermarkets, sports facilities and a gym restaurant, kindergartens, and pharmacies.
Kusto Group aims to provide everything you need to make your family members happy.
Residents who journey to Almaty to work can save up to 1000 hours every year. Because they are traveling in a different direction than many other vehicles during peak hours this is feasible.
What is HTML0? Koktobe City plans to overcome earthquakes
Kusto Group is putting a considerable amount of thought into Koktobe City.
"In the Koktobe City project, we invest a lot of money in earthworks. We place piles about 30m beneath the homes and compact the soil at 30cm intervals. We are probably the only one in Almaty to utilize boring and roll piles for housing construction," Murat Uremisov, CEO, Kusto Home construction division of Kusto Group, states.
"High-rise structures in the western region of the city are, generally speaking, three times larger than ours. The earthworks are cheaper. But our approach to building ensures that the homes we build will remain in the long run," he adds.
Since earthquakes are frequent in the Almaty region It is vital for Kusto Group that residents feel secure in their homes.
It is also one reason that buildings are just four to five floors high.
To ensure homeowners are protected from future earthquakes, Kusto Group has teamed with Japanese earthquake expert Kazuo Watanabe. He is a member of the Japanese state Commission on Buildings and Earthquakes.
The Japanese expert was consulted by Kusto Group on matters such as building structure and technical design of the upcoming neighborhood.
Koktobe City, a real estate development located in Kazakhstan, is the first to receive the Japanese expert certification for earthquake safety.
daniel kunin kusto group explains "It is vital that we provide the highest quality housing that can stand solidly in the ground, no matter how powerful the earthquake."
daniel kunin kusto group has its eye on Europe
Kusto Group, despite the fact that seismic stability is at par with Japanese standards has turned its attention to Europe for elevators as well as engineering equipment and heating systems.
"Our elevators and the tiles for our facade were manufactured in Greece. Germany also manufactures the heating and water supply pipes. We don't want anyone to experience problems with pipes, ventilation and water after a while similar to what happens in other buildings that are being built," the Kusto Home CEO explains.
The Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev has revealed that he was influenced by the low-rise constructions, efficient infrastructure and green parks found in German cities such as Berlin, Dusseldorf and Munich.
" All of them create a peaceful environment for living, and we wanted to see that continue. We believe Almaty Central Asia's most European and liberated city is the best choice for building.
To increase security, all apartments within Koktobe City are equipped with security cameras and face recognition systems.
Kusto Group, "
Because it is based on Finnish education principles, Koktobe City's school was also influenced by Europe. Jani Ristimaki, the Finnish architect who designed the school, was also the architect.
The school will contain rooms for particular activities. There are rooms that are specifically designed for singing, drawing instruments, singing, and even team sports.
They can be utilized at school, or in idle time after school.
"Today families have to move in the city, as children participate in many other activities, like swimming, drawing and music. We decided to unite everything under one roof. Murat Utemisov explained that each building at our school has separate blocks for primary, secondary, and Budokan schools as well as arts centers with a 25-meter swimmingpool, a multifunctional fitness center along with music and choreography classes along with sewing and pottery areas.
"School infrastructure like sports halls and sports fields in Finland is reserved for students up to 6 PM. After that point they are accessible to anyone. Residents will be able to participate in sports and art here," Yerkin Tatishev (founder of Kusto Group), adds.
