If a seminar online has exclusive video events, never go through them, but instead download the video file instead.
This is the case for live video which are restricted to subscribers only and have an extremely short time. However, this has not stopped me. I have extremely slow and spotty Internet connectivity at home due to the fact that I am using a mobile hotspot WiFi from the motel in the next. The way it works is that your video stream is split into several smaller files. Your browser downloads them one at a time and plays them in order. After that, I right-click on the playlist file to copy the URL (into the clipboard) after which I navigate to the site to download online videos. After entering the playlist URL, I hit the submit button.
