I've been jogging my whole life. Recently, because of Covid and the pandemic lockdowns I had to make some adjustments. So I started running inside. Songs between 80 and 90 BPM will allow me to warm up and to increase my energy. Gradually, I raise the BPM to the songs by 5-10 beats/minute, and after that, I reduce it to 130-140 based on my mood. Then repeat. Sometimes I'll add trampoline. It's fun to work outside, my wife watches me, but it is distracting.

My running, or more correctly mixing of exercises is approximately 2 hours. As it gets longer, I get quicker and faster. It is extremely easy and suggested to speed up your pace without a lot of effort. Slowly, I increase speed each round, and then finish the exercise a bit faster every time. While I'm working out I have my TV on and I am able to listen to music or watch news coverage. It helped me lose about 10% to 15 percent of the weight I previously carried. I'm trying to become the poster child for campaigns that state that inside dwelling does not necessarily make you look at all fat or unattractive. It isn't true. It's not true. If you are capable of spending more time with yourself, your body will improve and you'll be healthier and live longer.

Youtube offers a wide selection of music for my running. I make use of mp3 converter to convert it. It's a simple process. All I need to do is type in my BPM and it will give me a selection of choices. Then, I search for songs with a higher tempo. It's simple to play around with different songs at home. I can simply bring up my beats mixer and check the BPM of the music I'm listening to. I can then find more suitable matches, like the song that is faster or slower or the speeding up or slowing of the current song. When I want to make the mix for a longer duration, I usually download DJ-Live mixes that are long from Youtube. They generally sound amazing. The starts slow, but then they get faster. These mixes incorporate a certain amount from the DJ so that everything runs as swift or slow as it should be. You don't have to download Youtube videos in order to convert them into mp3 but it's a common method. Don't share your downloaded files with anyone. It'll only be you and me.
