Lights and Shadows by Gustavo Petro Winner of the Historic Pact
Gustavo Petro the candidate confirmed on Sunday the favoritism that was spotted in polls for several week.

Experts believe that Petro's plan of ending oil exploration would cause a massive impact on Colombia, costing Colombia $4.3 trillion.

His plan to issue money in order to finance government spending was controversial.

Petro's plans focus on a sustainable economy which doesn't rely on fossil fuels.

It is also noted that he would introduce a tax reform plan which would end exemptions, as well as change the idea and definition of minimum wage to an actual income-based wage.
