Our target market includes this age range of over kids around 13 to adults who are 54 years old. We would also be targeting families that have an average household income. Children are a big part of our target market, at a third of the population is this area. Ages 4 to 19 prefer crispy coated food like ours, the mozza-balls over other fast food and often influence family food snack decisions.

We haven’t ruled any one group or class out in our target market area. Just about everyone likes to eat Mozarella. Most residents in this area have busy schedules, and find value in exceptional and timely service, as well as mouth watering, delightful food. We believe most everyone will appreciate our handmade product as it especially claims to be not messy to eat and can finish in one bite.. We have a strong commitment to community involvement including sponsorship for school/group teams.

We are also targeting both male and females for our food innovation product, mozza-balls. That would give us a potential target market of almost 14 200 000 customers in South Luzon. Although, if we happen to focus on online marketing, the number of potential customers would be higher as we intend to sell our products in online selling platforms like lazada, shopee and promote on social medias like facebook and instagram.
