Welcome everyone to the second session of the partner portal training series. As you know in the last session, we went through the partner news reporting tool and the partner portal generally. I had sent the recording of the session and the presentation in a follow up email, and will do so again for this call in case anyone misses it or would like to go back for reference. In today's session we will go through the partner portal sales tools that we believe will be very useful to your partners and we also have two new speakers; Peter Munday and Everton Mowatt who will introduce themselves once they get going. On the screen, you can see the agenda for today. The workflow mapping tool and solutions playbook will be covered by Peter and Everton will follow along with the rest. We aim to cover this within 45 mins and We have prepared a short slide towards the end with a call to action that we hope will be easy for you to act on. We will then have some time at the end for any questions or queries that you may have. You are welcome to ask any questions as we go along though I would suggest we leave them towards the end.

The objective for today's session is to promote the sales tools to you partner managers and CBMs and drive usage of it. Ultimately we would like to increase visits to the partner portal organically and help boost sales.
