Below are the valid reasons for disagreement of giving me performance Band as C.


Reasons for disagreement
1.I am sincere and punctual employee of TCS from last 3 years. You can check my record
2.My rating shows that my performance is better than previous years as I got B band when my rating was (3.81 to 3.94) which is equivalent to 4 in last year. At that time,I was less familiar with my project but now I am confident enough to handle project very comfortably and efficiently.
3.I have not taken any leave in current academic year(100% compliance).This shows my punctuality and dedication to TCS.
4.I have worked on client collateral, maker checker and other automation CRs in RMS Front end. This has greatly reduced Client Costs and dependencies on other systems.
5.I Have completed number of training’s and certifications in technical. Have T factor of 1.44.
6.I Have worked on most of the FE requirements and enhancements of project. I have Proactively solved FE issues.
7.I have been regular in support/shift timings for the project. I have shown readiness for project mocks on weekend.
8.I have been regular in status reporting and issues escalations.
9.I have ensured that no production issues and very few issues in UAT reported and got resolved on time.
10.As office opened on 14Nov 2021 and on 14 Feb 2022 I started coming to office in time as per PL guidance. However, my some team member working from remote placed who have been provided B band.
11.I have achieved digital profile in current year and I am appearing for innovator via TSLP assessment this year in May 2022.
12.In short, above points are totally correct in my knowledge which is given by my Project Leader(Shramik Patil). So,I deserve to get A/B band not C. So I request to reconsider my performance Band in this current year by Project Manager/Project Leader and circulate the new decision to HR so that I will be motivated and continue my work with full enthusiasm in coming year.

as discussed today.Please raise the query with HR regarding my incentives being stopped and around 50% deductions in my current salary.This is deep to digest as I have given my 200% to the organization and its quite unexpected.I agree that there is curve fit model and rationalization of bands across system.I had performed exceptionally well in the current academic year so this performance band is highly demotivating to me.Please provide a quick resolution to this issue.

As per the discussion on 10th May, Shramik has told that bell curve model is present to justify bands.I need clarification as I have asked other PL within TCS,they told no such model exists in TCS.So,I assume Shramik explanation is completely wrong,Indira please comment on this.If it exists,Shramik please forward me the bell curve model rules within TCS to make things transparent.Secondly,as I have already mentioned in this mail that I deserved to get A/B band.I can highlight my achievements given by the client in this mail for your reference.I have successfully contributed in deployment of critical CRs which was in bucket since past 2 years,several automation CRs that had reduced client management costs.Apart from these I had worked for extended hours and on weekends to contribute to project without taking single day leave.All my leaves are still unutilized.I have attached client appreciation for your reference.In my team no one is from digital but they have got high performance band so I think the decision to give me C band is biased and showing partiality.Please reconsider the decision and give a solution to this disagreement case.
